Enjoy a 3 day break with 2 nights accommodation. We suggest that you arrive in the afternoon of the first day of your break and that you visit the winery and the vineyards of Mas Sinén in Poboleda. Mas Sinén is on the outskirts of Poboleda but we’re sure that if you follow the directions given at the bottom of this page you will find it pretty easily. Salvador Burgos, the owner of the winery and an expert viticulturist, will teach you all that you want to know about growing grapes and making wine. This visit will allow you to speak to your friends and acquaintances with a profound knowledge of the fascinating world of the drink of the Gods.

And so that you don’t have to worry about your children while you’re visiting the winery and tasting the wine, you can leave them with a responsible adult who’ll take them to play in the river, will do some craft activities with them and will show them how people work in the orchards. Ah, they’ll also get to meet the goats and their kids!! Once the different activities are finished both you and your children will meet up at the inn/restaurant Populetus where you’ll stay half- board ( evening meal, bed and breakfast). After breakfast the next visit is to Cabacés which is approximately 20 kilometres away. Here you’ll visit the oil mill Miró Cubells, you can taste the different varieties of olive oil. Once more you’ll have lunch in the Populetus and in the afternoon you’ll visit either the Genium or the Tane winery. And once again the responsible adult will take care of your children while you enjoy your visit.

Once the different activities are finished, both you and your children will meet up to go to the inn Toldrà in Ulldemolins where you’ll stay half- board ( evening meal, bed and breakfast). After breakfast we suggest a family trip with children ( aged 6 or more) from the hermitage of Sant Joan del Codolar to the Montsant mountain range. You can follow at your own pace the itinerary M5 recommended by the Montsant Natural Park guide. We’ll send you this guide when you book this option. This itinerary is considered of medium level difficulty and takes about 3 hours. If you’re visiting the area with children younger than 6 years old , we recommend you visit the hermitages in Ulldemolins, you can get to both the hermitage of Santa Magdalena and the hermitage of Sant Antoni by car. You can easily walk from one hermitage to the other and you will be pleasantly surprised by the natural beauty of this area.
Finally, to end your stay in this wonderful region, you’ll have your evening meal waiting for you in the inn Toldrà in Ulldemolins.
